If, for any reasons, you are not satisfied with your purchase, kindly find below the terms and conditions for exchange and return.
Terms & conditions :
- Exchange (subject to stock availability) can only be done within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. Any lateness will not be entertained.
- Item(s) must be in the original condition – unwashed, unaltered and unused.
- Only NORMAL PRICE item(s) is ELIGIBLE for exchange.
- Item(s) purchased during SALE is NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange. However, if customer insist, the price differences between normal price and sale price shall be borne by customer.
- Customer is allowed to exchange size and color one time only, limited to the same design purchased.
- Postage for return and exchange of item(s) shall be borne fully by customer.
- Exchange for damaged item(s) due to wrong washing or ironing will not be entertained.
- NO REFUND is allowed in any possible situations, unless the item(s) purchased is out of stock.
Zuerey Design reserve the rights to make any amendments to the Terms & Conditions of Exchange / Return Policy without any prior notice.
